I first began forecasting my year many years ago when a fellow soul sister and I would get together and do 12-month card readings for one another.

This is a practice we still enjoy doing though for me it has become just one component of a process I’ve created that allows me to intuitively guide myself into each new year. One that sets a foundation that is clear, focused and I found helps me to embody the path of my soul plan more greatly than if I left it to chance.

I love the fact that it enables me to declutter my soul as I acknowledge and let go of the year that was. Something that is not always easy to do when you have had a difficult year as 2020 has proven to be for many of us. 

Once the underlying declutter and letting go of the old has taken place, this then creates the space to begin looking forward and I find that in using my intuition and connection to Spirit to do this, always inspires me with fresh hope, clarity and helps to focus me on what actions are needed going forward.

Before I begin working on my own personal year, I usually take time to gather a psychic forecast from a collective perspective that does help to paint a picture of the framework we are all living and operating within. 

My favourite tool to use for forecasting is my Creative Heart Feminine Spirit forecasting guidebook. As I move through the pages of my guidebook one thing I choose to do is to not rush it so I can be sure it all does come from my intuition and feminine spirit. It usually takes me a week or two to complete the New Year guidance steps, as I know that I need to mull things over and give Spirit time to drop in any further thoughts and understandings that I need to know.

Opening myself up and psychically tapping into the year ahead is so much more significant than just simply receiving messages to know some of what is ahead. In doing this, you are seeking knowledge and understanding from your future self. Which is the part of you that is Spirit and knows your Divine soul plan. So in effect, you are opening yourself up to a process and allowing your planning and your experience to be inspired more consciously by those aspects of your soul. And to me this is how I choose to live my life as the feminine spirit medium I am.

I will acknowledge that we have varying degrees of capability when it comes to using our intuition and psychic ability to do this. I will say though, even with my expertise in this field I never know everything there is to know. So even if you only capture small glimpses of insights, please know it is a great start and you are giving Spirit a foundation with which to build from. It is highly, likely that you will receive further insight and understanding as you go about life to add to what you learn here.
